Mounting a CD image is a basic feature of almost every Warez user and webmaster. Many of the files you have downloaded are in ISO format. I prefer this over ANY other format. Beeing able to mount a CD image is very useful when you have downloaded a .ISO cd image and you do not want to waste the time or the media to burn a copy. Since Windows Vista does not have this functionality built-in, you will need to download a utility. One popular utility that will mount CD images is called elby CloneDrive.

Follow these steps to mount CD images in Windows Vista with CloneDrive:
1: Download and install CloneDrive
2: After you have installed you will see that a new virtual drive becomes available. (Verify this in ‘My Computer’!)
3 : Right click on the virtual drive and select the ‘Mount’ option.
4: Browse to the .iso image file (This can also have other extensions like .bin , …) , select it and click ‘open’
5: You are done! Enjoy the free-time you have made!
